K&D Developments (Sligo) Limited was established in 1996 by its current Directors Liam Kelly and Clement Devaney. Since its establishment, the company has successfully co-ordinated, project managed and delivered a number of multidisciplinary projects ranging in size from house extensions and improvements to multimillion Euro development projects.

Company Structure
Director / Contracts Manager
Liam is responsible for the everyday running of K & D Developments (Sligo) Limited both on site and in the office. Including contract acquisitions, tender strategies, contracts management of all works on site, development and enforcement of K&D’s Health & Safety Management System and Quality Control Policy, company marketing strategies, agreeing final accounts, procurement of subcontractors and materials.
Experience
Liam has 22 years experience on major construction projects as both a main contractor and subcontractor. He has overseen and successfully delivered many turnkey projects in areas such as residential, commercial, healthcare, educational and pharmaceutical. Liam provides easy logical solutions to K & D Developments (Sligo) Limited vast client base.
Mr. Clement Devaney
Director / Project Manager
Clement is responsible for overseeing all activities of the company on site including: Health & Safety; Site management; Sub-contractor procurement and enforcement of K & D Developments (Sligo) Limited Quality Control Policy; the co-ordination of all K & D Developments (Sligo) Limitedstaff both office based and site based.
Experience:
Clement has over 25 years experience on major construction projects as both a main contractor and sub-contractor. Experience in successfully coordinating and delivering multi-disciplinary projects ranging in size from house extensions and improvements, to multi-million euro developments.
Estimator / Quantity Surveyor
Morgan is responsible for all estimating and tendering including assembly of Pre-qualifier questionnaires; Cost planning; programming and cash flow projections; project budget management and control; procurement of materials and sub-contractors; Liaising with design teams and agreeing variations; negotiating final accounts and Contract administration.
Experience
Morgan has 4 years quantity surveying experience including assistant facilities manager, project QS and Estimating in areas such as residential, commercial, healthcare, educational and pharmaceutical.
Angela Killalea BSc (Hons)
Administrator
Angela’s responsibilities included budgeting, overseeing quarterly financial returns, procurement of supplies and services and event organisation.
Experience:
Angela commenced working with K & D Developments (Sligo) Limited in April 2016, having completed a B.Sc (Hons) in Environmental Management with Sligo Institute of Technology. Angela has extensive experience in administration and previously worked with Inland Fisheries Ireland providing administration support on an environmental programme.
Mr William Raffter
Site foreman / Carpenter
Willie is responsible for managing Health and Safety on site with K & D Developments (Sligo) Limited staff and sub-contractors ensuring compliance with the K & D Developments (Sligo) Limited Safety Management System and Quality Control Policies.
Experience
Willie has 18 years construction experience, starting out as joiner / Cabinet maker with experience both in house and on site installations. With a keen eye for detail, Willie progressed as a tradesman becoming a very competent site foreman.
