Established 23 years ago by directors Liam Kelly and Clement Devaney, the company initially entered the construction market as carpentry specialists. Over time, K&D have up-skilled and matured into a proven construction project management company, who have successfully delivered hundreds of projects, ranging in size from hanging a door, home renovations, new builds, upgrades and extensions to delivering multi-unit residential developments from green field site to turnkey solution, a multi-million euro project.
