K & D Developments (Sligo) Limited were employed as project managers and main contractors to renovate and reconfigure existing room layouts to open new work areas within a live crèche. The scope of works included dismantling existing partitions, erecting new timber stud partitions in a new layout; install new sanitary ware and Postform System cubicles in WC, 1st / 2nd fix carpentry, plastering, painting / decorating, lay new vinyl floor covering.
