K&D Developments (Sligo) Limited were employed as project managers and main contractors to renovate six apartments in the Rathmines area of Dublin. This included the complete refurbishment of a dilapidated Georgian house and the remodelling of a fire damaged apartment. In addition, refurbishment works, a full mechanical and electrical upgrade was carried out including new Pipework, new fire alarm and emergency lighting upgrade, new updated ESB meters and cabinet, and re-wiring throughout.
