K&D Developments (Sligo) Limited were appointed as main contractors to carry out Heritage repairs and replacement works to Focus Ireland’s four storey high complex located at Georges Hill, Dublin 7. The scope of works included replacement and repairing of natural slates, felt, roofing timbers as well as rain water goods to the 4 storey high building. The location of the job in central Dublin necessitated careful and calculated planning.
