K&D Developments (Sligo) Limited were employed as project managers and main contractors to extend the office space into a neighbouring residential building and reconfigure the existing office spaces to form a new office layout. Scope of works included making a new opening between both buildings, demolishing ground floor WC to make way for a new hall, electrical upgrade including emergency lighting and extend network / Data points, 1st / 2nd fix carpentry, plastering, painting and vinyl floor covering
